Notification will be left at the delivery address by the courier with instructions on how this can be followed up. If you have left instruction on where to leave your package i.e. a safe place or with a neighbour, this will be marked on your notification.
If the delivery has been unsuccessful, follow any instructions left and the delivery can then be rescheduled at no extra cost to you.
There will be a dispatch note provided with the items that were ordered.
You will also be able to check against the confirming email that was sent to you at the time of completing your online order.
