Ingredients

20 ml Cotswold Toffee Vodka

12 ml Pineapple Juice

8 ml Passion Fruit Purée 

8 ml sugar syrup

Method

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, pour into a shot glass and top with a slice of passion fruit
